Finding a good alliance sometimes takes hard work or sometimes its just luck. I met the leader of the alliance my guild is in now in Ascalon City, in Pre, during a discussion on the woes of being GL. *lol* He whispered me about an alliance and minutes later we were in an alliance! It was only 4 guilds but quickly grew to our current number of 9. Its not a traditional alliance. The guilds are all different sizes and we have some international guilds in it.
From your post I can tell that your guild is fairly large and if you want an alliance of similar guilds, especially if you want an Euro only alliance, you'll probably be waiting a long time. Maybe you need to start your own alliance. That way you can choose who can and can't be in it and that will increase the quality of people and actually add to your GW experience. assassin of the night: I understand where you're coming from. I didn't really understand the amount of work involved in leading a guild when I started one. Not long ago I was going to disband it because I didn't think I was doing a good job as GL but my guildies said that they liked the guild and wanted to stay. It only has 6 people but I've found that if you recruit good, loyal people it doesn't matter about the size of your guild. |

mhm, actualy i don't really care about guild sizes, all i care about is how active alliance is(chat activity, grouping, helping eachother, etc.). Before we started to look for an alliance we tried to form own alliance, but we had bad results: 7 guilds, all together with less ppl than our guild(would care if they would be very active, but you know...). As we are in alliance atm, and again not much is happening, i will have to consider a possibility to start alliance again... maybe much slower, not just to get guilds asap...

Wowsers, with a guild that active why do you even need an alliance? Is everyone in your guild teaming up with each other? We started an alliance b/c we didnt have enough people on all the time to make full teams, the alliance helps a lot with this. 55 active people should be able to fulfill each others needs. Just a thought.

If you can't find a decent Kurzick Euro alliance then I'd suggest you seriously consider starting your own one. Invite the smaller guilds that are around and do the same kind of thing to you. That way they are likely to stay with you as they grow. Also handy to have them as overflow guilds for when you hit capacity.
As for the website, drop me a pm with a basic idea of what you need and I'll probably be able to help |

Might help to chat up the few trusted kurzick guilds on Guru and ask them which alliance they're in, and if your guild can join.
